HRM Dr. Josephine A. Diete-Spiff is the Chairperson and Proprietress of Titare Star Royal Academy, Director and Legal Secretary of BZB Group Nigeria Ltd., Managing Partner of Miracle Leadership Development Services, CEO of Peretogu Integrated Services, and President of the Queens of the Niger Delta Initiative. 

HRM Dr. Josephine A. Diete-Spiff earned a Doctorate in Business Administration from Walden University, U.S.A., in 2015; a Master of Business Administration from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom, in 2012; a Bachelor of Laws from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, in 2006; and a Postgraduate Diploma in Early Childhood Administration, Management, and Leadership from Walden University, U.S.A., in 2020.

She is a member of the National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools, the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), the Chartered Institute of Directors (CIoD), the Nigerian Bar Association, the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA), and is the President of the Royal Queens of the Niger Delta Initiative.

HRM Dr. Josephine A. Diete-Spiff is an author with published works and has written playlets for NTA Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. She is a recipient of several awards worldwide.

HRM Dr. Josephine A. Diete-Spiff is the Opuyingibo (The Great Queen Mother of Twon Nation) of Twon Ibe, the Queen of the Twon Brass Kingdom in Bayelsa State. She is married and has three children.

Her appointment to the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director became effective on September 22, 2021.
