City Bread

600

Bread, a local, unrefined loaf goes to the city on the suggestion of his cousins and Butter, his twin sister. He gets to the city and after much struggle, gains acceptance to live comfortable life. From a local bread, he becomes a city bread admired by everybody, but shatters the hope of a new lease of life for his cousins and twin sister who sent him as an emissary to the city.

Athough inanimate objects are used throughout the story, the characterization typifies human nature: when you feel you are too refined and so dislike identifying with your background, you can be regarded as City Bread. If you are the type who does not honour an agreement, City Bread exemplifies your character. If you abandon your old friends when luck smiles on you, you are City Bread.
City Bread talks about people who betray trust and let others down.
