Description

The New Oxford English Course Nigeria Pupil’s Book One, Fifth Edition is designed for use in the first year of English in primary schools throughout Nigeria. It has been completely re-illustrated and re-written by a team of authors which now includes Professor Ayo Banjo.

Detailed lesson notes are provided in Teacher’s Book One, Fifth Edition. The first twenty pages of this new edition contain lively, full colour pictures for use in early oral work. In the remaining thirty-one pages, pictures and sentences are combined to provide a thorough graded introduction to meaningful reading in English.

Words and sentence patterns are repeated at least three times, to help pupils acquire easy recognition of all of them. New Pre-reading Sheets, new Picture Wall Sheets and a new Workbook are available to support work with Pupils Book One.
