The Casebook on Law of Evidence is a compilation of cases and commentaries arranged in chapters as stated in the law syllabus by the National Universities Commission (NUC) for Nigerian Universities. It is a compulsory course for all students of Law in order for them to know the type of proof presentable at trial.
The casebook covers all the major areas of the Nigerian Law of Evidence as treated in textbooks. The book maps out various topics to assist law students and legal practitioners as they read the course materials during their private study. The cases contained in this book will also take lecturers through some notable judicial decisions.
